For years I've been aware of the power and the possibility of having a well-balanced posture. The gift of a balanced posture is incredibly valuable though greatly underrated as a personal capability. Posture is not often taken into account in the fashion scene but is just as critical as the garments we place on our body. No matter how amazing the outfit could look, if we have a bad posture, there is simply no saving it.
Far too many women are walking around completely unaware that with a few simple posture adjustments they could look and feel so much better. A well-balanced posture is often the primary representation of power. It generates a sense of vibrancy and youthfulness. To embrace ageless living and ageless style, we must simply begin with the knowledge and the desire to cultivate a balanced posture.
