Shipping Information

SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

BeFrabjous offers FREE shipping within Australia for all orders over $150.  For orders under $150, BeFrabjous offers a flat rate of $10 for shipping on all orders, no matter how much or what you order!

Items are generally dispatched within 2- 3 days of purchase, however if a delay arises, you will be notified. 
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to anywhere in the world via Australia Post (trackable).

Please email us at hello@befrabjous.com with the following information:

  1. Item(s) you are interested in ordering
  2. Your city/country of residence

Once we receive this information we will email you a shipping quote. 

International customers are responsible for any additional custom or duty fees that may apply.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, please email us immediately  at hello@befrabjous.com and quote your order number to request an Exchange/Return form and the mailing address. We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. 

We generally only accept returns/exchanges/credit notes within 3 days of the order being delivered to you. Bag and Jewelry must be returned in original condition – unworn and with tags. Please package the item in its original package with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. BeFrabjous is not responsible for items lost in transit.  Items with a Final Sale price adjustment are unfortunately not eligible for return or exchanges.

Due to the unique and vintage nature of some of BeFrabjous’s items, returns will not be accepted if the issue stems from the item age (this can include marks, and patina). If you are unsure of an aspect of any specific product, please contact us for further information/pictures prior to purchasing.
