I’m borderline fanatical about 'gratitude'. I have made gratitude the key ingredient in my life and in my business. To me, the 'Attitude of Gratitude' can function as a life-course correction. Gratitude makes us happier, lets us experience good feelings, helps us bounce back from stress and increases our self-esteem. When we embrace the attitude of gratitude, we generate an energy that will start the ball rolling for generating something greater than we can possibly imagine.
Most of us are in the habit of always seeing the wrongness of us and not focusing on gratitude. We have been taught to focus on what we don’t have, never on what we do have. But we can change our point of view. We can begin to make gratitude one of our targets. Gratitude and attitude are not challenges; they are choices. Acknowledging the good that we already have in our life is the foundation for our attitude of gratitude.
It is our choice to take steps to regain control of our points of view. We can either see the miracles we have in our life, celebrate them, and express gratitude for what we have created, or we can see life as a string of coincidences that have no contribution. For me, I'm going to believe in miracles, celebrate and rejoice in the life I am creating, and allow my life to flow with the generative power of the universe.
I truly believe we can create a remarkable life and contribute to the flow of abundance that always surrounds us. By cultivating the habit of being grateful for everything that comes to us, and to be in this space continuously ...... we will begin to generate a remarkable and joyful life without trying at all.
Cultivating an attitude of gratitude takes some discipline and commitment, but the rewards are ample. When we acknowledge what we do have, and what we are creating, rather than what we don’t have, we can receive more of it. When we are grateful, the feeling of lack disappears and abundance appears.

Start living your life and noticing your day-to-day world from a point of gratitude and see how many things you can find to feel grateful for. Yes, gratitude can be an essential, everyday part of our life and living ..... cooking dinners, cleaning the house, trips to the store, talking to your partner and even part of business deals. Allow yourself to appreciate what you are doing, hearing, smelling, seeing, feeling, touching and even tasting and you will be amazed at all the awe and wonder you take for granted.
